Telephone Answering Service

We can answer your phone and keep your diary, letting you proceed with your business, knowing that your customers will be receiving courteous service at all times.

A team of 6 fully trained, experienced Secretaries, are on hand to assist you. All have worked for high level personnel and are used to working under pressure and taking responsibility.

Delegate provide Telephone Answering Services which includes a dedicated line which would be allocated on the Samsung Compact II so that it could be answered appropriately with either the conference or company name.

The staff would be trained on every aspect of the conference or company and would therefore be able to answer most queries. If there were any questions we were unable to answer we would pass these to a member of your staff.

A list of contacts would be required as to who would be dealing with particular enquiries. Messages would be logged in a message book for reference by your company.

Costs for our telephone facility are as follows:
£10.00 per day £40.00 per week or £90.00 per month + VAT.
Cost for telephone answering and address services is £125.00 + VAT per month.
There is also a small charge of £10 per month for a dedicated line rental.
